OVERTONE, Sofia Tea - Time (2)

Shogun Audio’s Point Of Origin series returns for its fifth instalment, continuing its focus on emerging talent from across the drum & bass spectrum. This next single from the compilation features OVERTONE, formerly known as JJL, who joins forces with vocalist Sofia Tea for a track built around the story of a fading relationship. Exploring the tension between holding on and moving forward, the pair deliver a release that puts emotion front and centre without losing sight of the dancefloor.

Led by Sofia Tea’s heartfelt vocal and OVERTONE’s expert production, the track balances moments of vulnerability with a sense of quiet resolve. Blending rolling drums, subtle atmospherics and a memorable hook, it marks a strong debut on Shogun Audio for both artists and another standout addition to the Point Of Origin catalogue.
