CIEL
One of Toronto’s strongest techno exports to the world, her star has been rocketing upward celestially; we’re lucky to have her back at home for a rare visit. She’s dj’d parties we can only dream of worldwide and runs a dancefloor like a master.
JEREMY P CAULFIELD
A fixture in Toronto’s late 90s techno scene,, Jeremy moved to Berlin in 2003 and founded Dumb Unit, a label featuring artists like Maetrik, Seph, and Visionquest and supported by key figures in the techno scene, including Truncate, Richie Hawtin), Rodhad and more. His sets are of a stripped-back, driving techno and he’s played some of the world’s most iconic clubs, including Berghain, Panorama Bar, Fabric, Rex Club, Cielo, The End, Watergate, and Womb, and held some of Berlin's largest residencies at Watergate (for 8 years) and Weekend.
REMEDY
Remedy is a Toronto superstar and has been essential at keeping all things d’n’b hopping here. She’s played all over Canada and beyond, gracing stages for Pride, Future Forest, major Ontario festivals, Promise parties, and playing in Quebec, NS, Calgary etc. Recently nominated for best drum and bass dj by Toronto DnB - good luck to her, she deserves the win. She’s curated this room for us for this and last NYE and it’s all amaze.
LOCATION
A great new two-room photography studio warehouse. A perfect mid-sized venue for a fun creative event. It’s a hidden spot tucked just east of the Junction triangle in the Davenport/Dupont/Symington area. A cool tall place with these great cozy dancefloor overlook balconies and a great Nicholas Sweetman mural all across the back wall where you go smoke.
