Our longtime friend (and lights aficionado) Emerson curates a lineup of musical and visual artists for our first Sunday of April.
Audiosapien is an old friend of ours (having given us advice about our sound system when we first started!). His roots are in the UK free party scene, subsequently travelling to Colombia with his purpose-built sound system on a lorry (!) well over a decade ago. He's a drum & bass and jungle head, making his Rio debut.
Jauria has played with us a couple of times as part of Afrodelicia. This time she brings her selection of afrobeat, kuduro, champeta and Brazilian funk to the mix.
Dj Botas is a French turntablist who moves between hip hop, r&b, disco, house and more. He's also a founding member of the Buritaca Sound Collective - catch them making their Rio return.
This time, accompanying the music will be some live painting from Colombia's top street artists.
