Support System pres: captivate & OpenEnd

Support System returns with a night of autonomic and techno-adjacent sounds, welcoming captivate & OpenEnd

captivate joins from Vancouver, bringing a sound rooted in UK rave lineage, soundsystem culture, and left-field sensibilities. After a previous appearance at Pull Up, this set leans further into his current direction.

OpenEnd returns to Calgary after years shaping the local scene, now based on the Sunshine Coast. His production draws from drum & bass, now focused through autonomic and techno, with an emphasis on texture, rhythm, and atmosphere.

Traditionally rooted in dubstep, @vyla_140 makes her Support System debut with a techno-leaning set that weaves dubstep’s origins into pulsing, dancefloor-focused rhythms.
