Founded in 1994 in the United Kingdom by DJ and producer DJ Harmony, Deep Jungle Records operates in drum and bass. Its releases span deep, soulful rollers, energetic dancefloor tracks, Atmospheric, Intelligent, Jungle and Techstep. The label was formed to issue music held up by delays at Section 5 and Moving Shadow. Early records featured Harmony & Xtreme, Adam F and Crystl, including “Wicked & Bad.”
The label resumed activity in September 2017 with Dillinja’s “Another Dimension” and “Humanity,” alongside previously unreleased 1990s tracks, selected rarity reissues and new music in a classic 1993–96 style. Dillinja’s 2018 single “One for the Trouble / Breathe” was among its releases, as was music by DJ Trace. In 2020, Deep Jungle Records issued Harmony’s “DAT024,” his first new material for the label in about twenty years, and the album Resurgence. Its releases also include work by Ed Rush and Tim Reaper, as well as Dillinja’s 2026 single “Deadly Deep Subs (Remix) / Baby Your.”
