Elephant Trunk releases drum and bass in mainstream dancefloor and liquid styles and looks for tracks with English-language vocals. The brand grew out of an earlier imprint that had gone quiet by 2017, went through a major restructuring in 2021 and held its first event in May that year.
Ryan Audley, Nuwei, Kubrak and Ozma have all released music through Elephant Trunk. In 2024, the label issued Ryan Audley's single Electric, and its output also includes DC2's Vegas.
