Format Music dnb is a West London drum and bass label owned by Ben Bromley, who produces as Ikon-B, and set up by a mix of music lovers and industry veterans. Its releases blend drum and bass with jungle, breakbeat and dubstep, it works with artists from several countries and it puts on events and showcases.
Ikon-B's own tracks have been the backbone of the label, from "Modern Style" in 2015 and "Breakthrough" in 2016 to "New World" in 2018 and the Future Visions LP. In 2018 RMS remixed Vinyl Junkie & Sanxion's "Deeper Night", and Ikon-B, RMS and Vytol teamed up on The Colabs Part 2. Ambush & Organic's No Love EP and Unison & UkHerbz's Sound System Culture EP are among the other records, with Jayjax, Crisis and LION-UK also on the roster.
