Lost The Plot began in 2015 as a Bristol events promoter focused on neurofunk and tech-leaning drum and bass. In 2018 it launched a record label to give emerging producers of tech-driven music a platform.
Its second release that year was “Red Sea” by Extraction, the Bristol producer and DJ James Stephenson. Creatures released “Nitty Gritty” with Jestah on the label in 2018 and “Insight / Mönch” with Defraction in 2020, and Division, Sulex, Objectiv and Polarized have also released music on Lost The Plot.
