Solocat is a drum and bass label in Versailles, France, run as a sub-label of FX909 Music. It focuses on a minimalist, rough sound aimed at DJs, with liquid funk among its styles, and its roster mixes emerging and established artists such as Nichenka Zoryana, MSDOS, FX909 and 3rd Sh4de.
Its first single was FX909’s Steppa in 2023, and that year also brought Broken Love, Theory, Relevant and Truck, the last by FX909 and MSDOS. The 12-track compilation Solocat Year One followed in 2024, and Nichenka Zoryana’s Zoombinators came out in 2026. Alongside its releases, Solocat hosts events and showcases around the world.
