Twisted Beatz Audio was launched in early 2014 by B-TAY of Levelas Multi-Function, with Cambridgeshire DJ and producer Evs later joining as co-owner. Based in East Anglia, the label issued drum and bass, chiefly jump-up, alongside smaller amounts of neurofunk and dancefloor. Its releases ran from 2015 to 2017, with K Motionz among the artists on its roster.
K Motionz’s four-track Sanction EP arrived in September 2015, and the label also issued his single “Sanction” that year. Aliman and High Impact teamed up for “Bad Mission / Reloading” in 2016. A various-artists Twisted EP, released in November 2015, featured K Motionz, Simskai and High Impact, Damageman, and Simula. The label also put out Filthy Habits’ “Pressure Point” on SoundCloud that October. Its 2017 releases included “Shotta / Studio” and “Into The Dark.” Other artists whose tracks appeared on the label included Sub Killaz and Kenji.
