On August 18, a new release came out on 1985 Music! This time, it is an EP by Monty titled "Hold Me Back," consisting of three deep rollers that most fully reveal the imprint’s sound concept, as well as the title track—a sort of middle ground between the aforementioned rollers and contemporary liquid funk—featuring vocals by Benabu, whom you may already have heard on one of the label’s previous releases. The mini-album is available in digital and vinyl formats.
Tracklist:
1. Hold Me Back (feat. Benabu)
2. The Underground Fable
3. Spongy Conversation
4. The Savage Chase
