1720warehouse

1720warehouse is an event promoter operating at 1720, a venue on East 16th Street in Los Angeles’s Warehouse District. The venue was founded by musicians Alex Alereza, Brett Powell and Travis Richter, and opened in 2018 in a former garment factory. Before developing it, the founders organised parties in office space used by Nekrogoblikon’s record label, including one featuring Skrillex. Brownies and Lemonade hosted the venue’s christening party in late 2017.

Bookings at 1720 have covered electronic music, hip-hop, rock, metal and punk, alongside house, disco, techno and electro events. Artists booked there include Alix Perez, Eprom, Onhell and Shades. The venue has also hosted Tnght and Squarepusher, as well as metal acts. Its stage can be moved or removed, and the room has an L-Acoustics sound system. Events under the 1720warehouse name include a February 2026 bill with Distinct Motive, Chmura, Chief Kaya and Tent8cle T.
