Based in São Paulo, 888DNB is an event promoter whose programming spans bass music, including Drum & Bass and Jungle. São Paulo DJ João Pedro Villar, who performs as Jubas, founded the project after departing another collective in 2022. The first party took place in Morumbi in July 2023, organized with Forbass & Tendence. Resident DJs Jubas and AtavistiK have played alongside guests such as L-Side and Level 2, artists associated with V Recordings.
In February 2024, the promoter began its Drum & Bass na Bike events on São Paulo streets, with a DJ performing from a bicycle carrying speakers. These rides feature sets lasting around 90 minutes to two hours. São Paulo venues used by 888DNB include Curtiça Bar and CavePool São Paulo Skateboards; events have also taken place at Mauacba Skate Coffee & Skate Shop in Rio de Janeiro. The promoter held its first event in Rio in December 2024, featuring a four-hour set.
