Banana Bombs

Based in Sydney, Australia, Banana Bombs stages drum-and-bass and jungle events, including the recurring Jungle Jam night. Its events have taken place at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory, and it has brought sounds from the UK to Sydney. The promoter runs Dub To Jungle and Sydney Tingz with Foreigndub Soundsystem.

The Banana Bombs name also covers a bass-music label, and the crew has roots in Bristol, UK. It was conducting events by 1999, and its multi-genre bass events have taken place in the UK and Australia since 2011. The label’s musical range includes jungle, drum and bass, dub and hip-hop. In 2025, it marked 15 years of bass music, events and culture in Sydney. Its events have featured Royalston, Ray Keith, Remarc and RSD. Banana Bombs has presented events with Foreigndub, including a 2024 sound-system session at the Portugal Madeira Club in Marrickville.
