Big, Bad & Heavy

Big Bad & Heavy (BBH) is Nairobi’s premier bass music event series, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of underground sound. From Drum & Bass, Dubstep, UK Funky, and Garage to Tech House and beyond, BBH is where low-end frequencies meet high-energy dancefloors.

Curated by Sir. Loin, BBH was founded to provide a space where both established and emerging DJs can unleash heavy, high-energy sets that rarely get played elsewhere in the city. More than just an event, BBH is a growing community of BassHeads, uniting local and global sounds while bridging Nairobi’s underground scene with the wider electronic music culture.
