Bloc 2 Bloc

Bloc 2 Bloc is a Manchester event promoter and music organisation founded by Jack Banner, Marc Bloc (SozeTHC) and Diligent Fingers. Its activity includes club nights and live streams from Hulme, where it has showcased underground drum and bass. Bou played his first Bloc 2 Bloc-streamed set in 2014, aged 17.

The promoter has used The Old Abbey Taphouse, Ramona and Zombie Shack, all in Manchester. Its nights have covered drum and bass, jungle and grime, with line-ups including Charlie B, Spooky, CHY and Seeka. Named events include Taphouse Thursdays and Jungle Ting, the latter held at Zombie Shack in 2018. Bloc 2 Bloc has also worked with Off The Bloc on Manchester events, including a 2023 night at Band on the Wall. In February 2025, it co-promoted a fundraiser at The Old Abbey Taphouse featuring garage and jungle.

Bloc 2 Bloc Entertainment promotes musicians, artists and creatives, as well as Manchester nightlife and entertainment. In 2025 it co-promoted two Ramona Radio Rave events, one with an Off The Bloc takeover, and its live streams have given acts such as Bou a route to wider recognition.
