Bris-Tek

Bris-Tek is a drum-and-bass event promoter based in Bristol. Leeroy and promoter Justin Fash established it in the city in 2013, with Leeroy later taking on a resident DJ role. Its events have taken place at Lakota, Sawmills and The Black Swan, including a December 2014 party marking the night’s first birthday. Bris-Tek’s music has ranged across drum and bass, hardtek, raggatek and jungle, alongside techno and hardcore.

Artists booked by Bris-Tek have included Kaotik, Revolt, UnCUT and 1991. The Black Swan in Easton hosted its 29th event in November 2019. In 2025, Bris-Tek partnered with Toxictek for a Bristol event at Trinity, featuring Gonzi and Bish; it also teamed up with Shakedown Audio for an event marking that sound system’s tenth anniversary, with eight systems spread across six rooms. In 2020, people behind Bris-Tek and Rumble in the Jungle discussed Bristol’s music and nightlife scene from their base at The Black Swan on Stapleton Road.
