Broken'bass

Broken'bass is an electronic-music event project in Charleroi, Belgium, organising drum and bass and jump-up events. Active since 2023, it has held events in Brussels at La Fabriek, Circle Park and Studio Citygate, as well as at Rockerill Charleroi. The project aims to give emerging artists chances to perform alongside established acts.

FMS, Maëlie and Synoxis have appeared on its event line-ups. “The New Era” took place at CKBar in Charleroi in September 2023, followed there by its fifth edition, “The Magic Cave”, that December with British DJ Annix. In 2024, “The Mystical Gem” brought drum-and-bass and jump-up to CK Bar Charleroi. Broken'bass co-promoted Exoterra Open Air at Circle Park in Brussels in August 2025, a 16-hour event spanning indoor and outdoor spaces. Behind it all is the aim of growing drum and bass in French-speaking Belgium.
