Freedom Mills

Freedom Mills was a 500-capacity venue in Leeds, where it ran a regular programme of underground club nights. Founded by Joshua Threlfall and Graham Dixon as a multipurpose events, arts and exhibition space, it opened on Washington Street in February 2016. Its programme ranged beyond club nights, with events spanning rave music, art exhibitions, independent markets, educational classes and film screenings. Line-ups at its events included Deekline and Ebz. In October 2025, Freedom Mills announced its closure, citing redevelopment plans near Kirkstall Road; the venue closed in November 2025.
