Groovebox

Groovebox is a Nottingham-based promoter of festivals, club events and raves. Established in the city in 2018, it began with club nights at underground venues; its first event was at Saltbox that November, with Low Steppa headlining. Groovebox has since used The Nest and The Nest at Notts County, as well as venues in other cities. Its bookings span house, tech house and drum and bass, with Harry Shotta, Kanine, Mozey and Bou among the drum-and-bass artists featured.

Groovebox launched its first single-arena festival, Groovebox in the Park, in September 2021, followed by a multi-arena festival in 2022. In June 2024, it moved its Nottingham base to Binks Yard, where East End Dubs played the opening sold-out show with a five-hour set. Groovebox also ran Electric Garden Festival in 2023. In 2025, The Nest became its winter venue, while the promoter held sold-out events at SteelYard in Sheffield.
