LD&K

LD&K is a Tokyo-based company whose history began with the Big Boss planning and design office, formed in March 1990; it was established in Shibuya in November 1995. The company launched Living, Dining & Kitchen Records in November 1994. Its operations encompass event production, artist management, record labels, music publishing administration, recording studios and live houses. Hideimasa Otani is its president and representative. LD&K opened Udagawa Café in 2001 and Shibuya Chelsea Hotel in 2003, both in Shibuya.

In Tokyo, LD&K has presented events at UTOPIA / DYSTOPIA and Dogenzaka Church, with artists including SN_Yeah, omeme_gangimari and ReFuCafé. It opened Shibuya STAR LOUNGE in 2010 and Tokyo 354 CLUB in 2013; the latter became a live and event space in 2014, hosting jazz, rock, dance and anime-related events. In February 2025, LD&K opened Shibuya Ongakudo, a live venue with standing room for 430 people.
