LOTEK OAKLAND

LOTEK OAKLAND is an event promoter and record label based in Oakland, California, founded by Bay Area jungle DJ and producer Soeneido. It first operated as a Bandcamp label, then Soeneido began a club night using the LOTEK name. The night began with jungle and drum and bass, drawing on music from 1992 to 1996, before widening its range to styles such as UK garage and breakbeat hardcore. Many events are played entirely on vinyl. LOTEK has held events at Edinburgh Castle Pub and Tamarack, venues in the San Francisco and Oakland area. Soeneido and Natural Selection have both featured on event line-ups.

The label released the EPs Fallen Angels in April 2022 and Panic in April 2023, then issued the album Juxtoposition in March 2024. On April 26, 2025, LOTEK and Natural Selection staged their fourth joint show in San Francisco.
