Love Saves the Day

Love Saves the Day is a music festival promoted by Team Love in Bristol, United Kingdom. It began in 2012, founded by event company Team Love, whose co-founders are Tom Paine and Dave Harvey. The pair started the company to host a stage at Glastonbury before developing a green-field festival for Bristol. Paine and Harvey said Team Love started in 2008 and became their full-time business around the festival’s launch.

The festival’s first site was Castle Park; it later moved to Eastville Park and, for its 2022 edition, to Ashton Court Estate. Love Saves the Day has also held events at The Love Inn and The Prospect Building in Bristol. Team Love had planned to move the festival from Eastville to Ashton Court in 2021, but held a one-off edition on The Downs that year. The move to Eastville took place in 2015, after the original city-centre location had become too small. Team Love trades as TDR Productions Ltd.

Its programming spans electronic and indie music, combining international performers with Bristol artists and crews. Past performers include Annie Mac, Bonobo, Joy Orbison and Disclosure. Jamie Jones and Roots Manuva have also performed. The festival expanded to two days in 2014.
