Memphis Association of Dance

Based in Tennessee, Memphis Association of Dance organizes electronic dance events in Memphis. It has also used the name MADD Events: The Memphis Association of Dance & Dubstep. Its programming ranges across house, bass, dubstep and drum and bass, including house with dark, technology-influenced sounds. Events have taken place at Flyway Brewing Company and Hi-Tone, while a warehouse gathering at Meddlesome Brewing Company involved Gutta Nation and Memphis Disco House & Techno.

ClubHaus centers on house and has featured regional DJs alongside sound, visuals and lasers. Surround Sound used a 360-degree layout, placing DJs amid the dance floor. A separate Resonant Frequencies collaboration brought artists together from Memphis Association of Dance, Gutta Nation and Memphis Disco House & Techno. Bookings have included Kaleidoscope and LUMEN.
