Motion State Events

Motion State Events is an Edinburgh organisation producing music and movement events for people of all ages. Anu is its creative lead. Its projects include Pure Ravers, which hosts inclusive dance parties and adaptive sessions, and Drum n Bounce, combining drum-and-bass with dance fitness. Drum n Bounce has held classes in Portobello and appears at festivals and events around the UK, as well as training instructors. Pure Ravers runs events including day raves, family parties and inclusive dance workshops. Motion State Events has also held events at Bellfield in Edinburgh. It provides mobile DJ and live performances as DJ aNu, and music and performance-art projects under the names SILVERGRN, Joey Fire Dance and MAXIS.
