Mukes Events

Mukes Events is a Manchester-based promoter established by four friends. Its early activity began with a pub gathering, and the Pubshroom series later brought its events back to that kind of venue. In Manchester, it has held events at The DBA, The Yard and Hidden, and it has also organised one at Beaver Works in Leeds. In November 2024, the promoter joined forces with Funkademia for a room takeover at Deaf Institute.

Its music spans drum and bass, UK garage, dubstep and UK funky, with hip-hop and R&B also played at its events. A 2025 Pubshroom event at The DBA used two rooms, separating drum and bass, UKG and breaks from a dubstep-focused room. Aisling Zita and Sherpa are among its residents, alongside Rob NG and Sinda. Binx and Fav B have appeared on event bills. Mukes Events marked four years of activity with a birthday event at The DBA on April 17, 2026. The promoter also supports community and environmental care alongside its music events.
