RCE

RCE is a promoter running club events in Birmingham, with nights at PST Club and XOYO Birmingham. Its programme centres on drum and bass and jungle, and line-ups have featured Aries, Kelvin 373, Cheshire Cat, DJ Brockie and Kenny Ken. In April 2024 RCE made The Factory at XOYO Birmingham its new base.

In August 2024 the promoter introduced The Movement, a night for smaller venues and emerging UK talent, which returned to Club PST, where RCE had begun. Its free-party series covers a wider range of electronic music and gives space to local talent from Birmingham and the West Midlands. After a long pause, the series came back in March 2026 with an event at The Station in Kings Heath.
