Revision Music

Revision Music is a Singapore-born events and music-promotion collective and label, founded in Singapore in 2015 by DJs Senja and RAH. Its stated musical scope includes electronic music, techno, jungle and drum and bass. By 2023, the collective was headed by Nez Senja, also known as Helios XL, with programming spanning bass and left-field techno as well as jungle.

Its events have taken place at Singapore venues including Piedra Negra, White Label Records and Camp Kilo Charcoal Club. Sub City, the collective’s jungle night, began in 2016; by 2018 it was billed as Revision Music’s monthly flagship and held monthly at Piedra Negra as a drum-and-bass night. A 2019 edition took place at White Label Records. Revision Music has also booked Helios XL, Sam Binga and DJ Storm. Sub City’s music has also included footwork.

Tribe was another recurring event, organised as a music market at Camp Kilo Charcoal Club in 2018. The market and its accompanying events covered styles such as Afrobeat, house, jazz and reggae. In November 2024, Revision Music and North East Social Club co-organised Keep Hush Singapore at iki, with local artists performing music that included UK garage, bass, breaks, dubstep, footwork, jungle, drum and bass and techno.
