SILO

SILO is a New York City event promoter and club, operating at its own venue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It began in 2012 as Secret Loft, a party held in a converted Williamsburg auto garage, and was founded by promoters Alex Neuhausen and Lilly Wolfson. The team opened SILO as a club on 10 February 2023, in a converted hangar. The venue occupies 5,000 square feet and has capacity for 500 people.

Its programming centres on house and techno, alongside newer electronic music and events for burner communities. Artists on its bills have included François K, Mike Servito, London Elektricity and Black Rave Culture. The club has a central DJ booth, a four-point surround system and a 40,000-watt Danley rig. Its showroom has a 24-foot back wall and a projection-mapped area spanning the ceiling and walls, while lighting is controlled by a GrandMA board. Staff carried over from Secret Loft include bartenders, door and security workers, and a resident aerialist.
