Studentencafé

Studentencafé is an event venue and promoter in Ulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Founded in 1977, it first hosted readings and political discussions; the venue is now run by volunteer members of UstA e.V., which supports student life and culture at the University of Ulm. It occupies renovated vaulted rooms in Ulm’s Bundesfestung. Its programme spans electronic music, electro and rock ’n’ roll, with Saturday club nights alongside free concerts, open decks, jam sessions, workshops and parties. Free concerts for local bands take place on the second and fourth Fridays of each month. The venue has held electro lounge nights and 1990s parties, and event line-ups have included Onkel Jonas.
