Tallinas Pagalms was a bar and events team in Riga, Latvia. It began operating on May 25, 2018, after growing from the Pagalms art and music festival in Sigulda, and was the first bar in Riga’s Tallinas Street Quarter. The venue occupied a renovated two-storey house dating to the 19th century, at Tallinas iela 10–19 near the junction of Tallinas and Miera streets. The surrounding quarter was built on land formerly used by a sanitary transport base.
Concerts and dance events included drum and bass and techno, while other programming ranged from karaoke open mics and quizzes to comedy, poetry, board games and film screenings. A ground-floor bar and dance space hosted concerts and rave parties; upstairs, visitors could find a vinyl player and old game consoles. The recurring Electronic Beats Thursday series featured local DJs in 2023, and event line-ups included Hoplite, Katii, Slepe and AIVISO. Tallinas Pagalms announced that it would close in December 2025.
