The Basstrix: Light 2 Dark - Bank Holiday Special
Polar Bear Music Club, Hull · Hull, United Kingdom
18:00 – 02:00
The Basstrix is a grassroots drum and bass and jungle night from Kingston upon Hull. Twisted MC founded it, and the Hull DJ, producer and MC Twelve Step Audio runs it with a small group of friends. The first event took place in November 2024.
The night was set up to showcase Hull’s own drum and bass artists and support local venues rather than chase headline names, bringing together artists from the city’s different drum and bass and dance brands and helping new performers develop. Its home is the Polar Bear Music Club, where line-ups have included Twelve Step Audio, Tsa and Yogi.
