The Students' Union at UWE

The Students’ Union at UWE represents students at the University of the West of England in Bristol, where every student becomes a member on starting university; it has more than 30,000 members, led by elected Presidents and Officers. Its entertainment programme runs through the year, from club nights to craft sessions and daytime activities, across Union 2 and the Frenchay, City and Glenside campuses.

It organises Welcome Week for new students, mixing Bristol club nights and daytime events, and runs nights at venues such as The Clock Factory and Basement 45. Its Wednesday club night Killa Disko has covered indie, dubstep, drum and bass, rock and house, and the monthly underground night Voltz brings special guests across genres; Charlie Tee is among the DJs who have played.
