Tom Shanx

Tom Shanx is a London-based DJ, producer and event promoter who also works as a multi-instrumentalist and event manager. He began DJing after seeing his cousin perform at the Jazz Café in Camden and the Arch in Brighton on New Year’s Eve 2016. His sets range across disco, funk, jazz, soul, hip-hop, reggae, house, garage, techno, drum and bass and jungle; some feature live bass guitar.

Shanx has promoted events at Aaja Basement in London, including Bring Your Own Vibe, an open-decks and jam night combining DJs with live musicians. He is part of RADIATE’s management team and heads RADIATE Recordings. At Four Quarters in London, he performed at a RADIATE EP-launch party in November 2025; the event marked the project’s first London takeover and featured UK garage, speed garage and drum and bass. Shanx is also involved with House Of Dinosaur and Twisted Time Machine, and has worked in event production and management for Hospitality and On Point Festival.
