Avalon Cafe Bermondsey

Avalon Cafe Bermondsey is a café, music venue and cultural space on the Juno Way industrial estate in South Bermondsey, London. Its address is Unit D, Industrial Estate, Juno Way. The venue has space for about 250 people, and its main rave room is fitted with a Funktion-One sound system. Alongside café service and arts programming, it hosts club nights. Its music programme includes house, techno, jungle and drum and bass events.

How It Started runs a 100% vinyl club night at the venue. The night’s first edition brought around 200 people together for electronic sets featuring garage, jungle and disco. Bogdan Du Sol has also promoted events there. Artists who have played at Avalon Cafe Bermondsey include betterpetra, Onde Anda, Spraytan and Tare.
