Brewtown is a brewery and events precinct at 25 Blenheim St in Maidstone, Upper Hutt, in the Wellington region, a short walk from Upper Hutt train station. It occupies part of the former Dunlop Tyres factory site, where operations began in 1949. Developer Malcolm Gillies bought the South Pacific Industrial Park in 2008, and Brewtown is part of its redevelopment. The site includes restaurants, entertainment venues, craft breweries and a boutique distillery, including Panhead Custom Ales, Boneface Brewing Co., Te Aro Brewing Co. and Wild Kiwi Distillery.
Gigs and festivals use the covered Greenspace and the open-air Field. Greenspace has a grass surface and 1,200 square metres of covered area, with room for 2,400 standing or roughly 500–800 seated. The Field covers 12,000 square metres and can hold up to 15,000 people. DnB Allstars brought a Wellington show to the site in September 2025, and artists who have played at Brewtown include Etherwood, Hybrid Minds, Tempza and A Little Sound. The 2024 Brew Years Eve event featured Sublime with Rome and The Black Seeds.
