Bulbo

Bulbo is located at Av. Francisco Bolognesi 660 in Barranco, Lima, Peru, and has a capacity of about 500. Founded in 2013 by Diego Hidalgo and Isabel Elías, Proyecto Bulbo began as a cultural-management project, organising itinerant Fiesta Bulbo events before establishing its own venue. Fiesta Bulbo combined club events with theater, dance, visual arts and performance. Casa Bulbo is a cultural venue where nightlife and contemporary art meet, including digital arts and music programming spanning electronic styles, indie and folk bands.

By January 2024, Proyecto Bulbo was promoting events at the venue, which includes Room 1, a terrace and Room 3. Its Wednesday Noche de las Creadoras features independent women artists presenting theater, dance or literature. Casa Bulbo also hosts Cenital, a project for artistic research and development, along with ballroom competitions and jazz concerts. Artists who have played at Bulbo include Dubmito, Orieta Chrem and Lukrø.
