club GOODWEATHER

club GOODWEATHER occupies the second floor of the Daisan Wako Building at 1-14-24 Shinsakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya. It is operated by the Nagoya-based GOODWEATHER collective, which started presenting club parties in 2008 with bass music and other styles, including performances by international artists. In 2017, the collective added a record label and merchandise activity after CRZKNY’s third album, MERIDIAN.

The venue was established to bring music, dining and an art gallery together, and opened in Nagoya’s Shinsakae district on March 14, 2020. t.s.s.l designed its sound space acoustically, and a VOID system was in place during a 2020 visit. CRZKNY and PART2STYLE performed at the opening parties. Other artists who have played there include Makoto, Velocity, DJ Hybrid and Fold. GOODWEATHER and R4vers Club have both promoted events at the venue. After announcing a reopening in August 2023, the club resumed activity the following month with GOODWEATHER #51.
