Club JB's opened in 1997 in the basement of the Marumikankou Building at 4-3-15 Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya. The 2,500-square-foot room holds 300 people, with seating for 60, and has a DJ booth and a stage for live performances.
The club is known for underground techno and house, and its bass nights include events run by 低音研究会. Jeff Mills, Carl Cox, Radio Slave and Dinky have played there, along with Japanese artists such as Maozon and SE-TA. The annual Nagoya Timmy party has been a long-running fixture at the club.
