At 574 and 576 Kingsland Road in East London, Cu operated as a bar with a dance space below street level. It opened on October 31, 2024, in Copper Cats’ basement, at the former site of The Rocksteady. The team behind North London Dub Club launched the venue. Its capacity is about 120, and it has an outdoor courtyard and a sound system built by 30Hz. Events promoted by Grooves, Cu, GOOD RIDDIMS! and Militant music have taken place there; a Keysound label event featured dubstep, grime and rolling music at 130 BPM. Tim Reaper, Abby Daze, RUNDR and 50CAL have played at Cu.
