Cupra City Garage Manchester

CUPRA City Garage Manchester opened in June 2025 at 4–6 St Ann Street, close to St Ann’s Square and the Royal Exchange Theatre. It was the marque’s first City Garage in the UK and its twelfth globally. The two-storey site pairs a vehicle showroom with cultural activity, including music, wellness sessions, exhibitions, talks and community gatherings. With room for around 100 people, it also offers food and drink. The basement has presented grime, dubstep, electro and experimental music, including sets by Sir Spyro and Nikki Nair.

Across the week, the venue runs events and classes, while Saturday early-evening sessions appear under the CUPRA FM name. That programme brings in guest selectors and music labels, and the dance performances are recorded. CUPRA FM, Cause & Effect and Fishingforbill have all staged events there. Past performers include Bou (UK), Charlie Tee, Mark XTC and Tonn Piper. The programme also features launch parties and CUPRA Live Studio releases, while mural artist Chris Princic created work for the Manchester space.
