Dada Beijing

Dada Beijing began in Gulou on August 18, 2012, before relocating to the area near Ritan Park in Chaoyang District in 2021. It is now at Ritan International Trade Center in Beijing, in Block A’s basement level, near Nanyinfang Hutong and Chaowai Shichang Jie. The venue has room for about 300 people. Its 2021 move brought a new sound system and a space twice the size of its former premises. After suspending operations in June 2025, it reopened at the Ritan Park-area site in September under new management.

The club’s music policy covers a wide range of styles, including house, techno, drum and bass and disco. DJ sets and live electronic performances take place on Fridays and Saturdays, with international touring guests often among the performers. Other evenings bring local DJs together with art, cultural and film programming. Past international bookings have included Goldie, DJ Krush, Ben UFO and Derrick May, alongside local selectors.

Residents include Leo Furioso and Yesen, and local party collectives also hold nights at Dada Beijing, with programming that stretches to hip-hop, reggae, rock and UK bass.
