Electric Studios

Electric Studios is a live music venue and club at 6 Leadmill Road in Sheffield city centre. It opened on 13 March 2026 in the former Leadmill building, which had closed in June 2025. The Leadmill had opened in a converted flour mill in 1980. Electric Group bought the building in 2017 and refurbished it before Electric Studios opened.

The venue has capacity for 1,050 people at live gigs and 1,450 at club events, with a d&b audiotechnik PA system. Its programme spans live music and club nights, including bassline, drum and bass, house and garage events. Promoters there include Electric Studios Sheffield, Big Fat Rave and Wired Events, which moved nights from Tank in 2026. Wilkinson, Camo & Krooked, Culture Shock and Harriet Jaxxon played the opening club night. Above Electric Studios, a creative hub with offices, a studio and workshop space, was established in the building in 2026.
