First Club

First Club is at Andrejostas Street 4a in Riga’s Andrejsala district, in a former Soviet-era industrial building near the Daugava River and port. It began as First Baltic in 2007, took the name First Dacha in 2010 and was rebranded as FIRST МИР in 2017. First Dacha operated seasonally in Andrejsala, while a winter club in central Riga used the name First Cntrl during 2012–2013.

The venue operates from May to September on Fridays and Saturdays. Its outdoor terrace overlooks a yacht harbor, and the site also has a pool and VIP zones. Local and international DJs play house, tech-house, progressive, techno and Russian music. Across four years, First Dacha served as the official after-party venue for the New Wave song contest.

Promoters at First Club have included Urban Stars Records and Switch Events. The venue has hosted Lapis Trubeckoj and Splin/Splean. In 2024, planned concerts with Instasamka, Misha Marvin, Irakli and Denis Rublev were canceled after the artists were placed on Latvia’s list of undesirable persons. The State Security Service held preventive talks with First Club and other organizers, stating that the club had committed no offense that would lead to prosecution.
