Fluid510

Fluid510 is an LGBTQ+-focused club and event venue on Broadway in downtown Oakland. Co-founded by Richard Fuentes and Sean Sullivan, it took over the former 1544 Events space after that venue closed during the pandemic. The pair had previously run The Port Bar, and opened Fluid510 as a larger setting for dance parties, drag shows and community events. It soft-opened on April 28, 2023, followed by its grand opening on May 20.

The bi-level venue covers 5,000 square feet, with a dance floor, stage, kitchen, two bars and an elevated lounge. It can accommodate up to 250 people and has sound and lighting equipment alongside two projection screens. Its programme spans DJ events, drag, comedy, trivia, fashion shows and community gatherings. Outlet Presents and Rhythmic Remedies have run events there; artists who have played include Ada Lovebass, Mars Kasei, duchess and khariszma. Jush Sunday, a drag cabaret hosted by Jasmine Masters, began at Fluid510 on June 4, 2023.
