Gleiserei

In 2019, SBB offered Gleiserei GmbH to rent the old train driver's cab (built in 1894) at Rundstrasse 5, for a limited period until mid-2030. Our concept was able to convince the property owner. In cooperation with SBB and the monument preservation department, we were able to implement our ideas of maintenance and upgrading. Today, the Gleiserei is a place where creative people of all ages, with a creative urge and desire to realize their own ideas, rent cheap offices or studios.

In the building, which has been empty for several years, beautiful studios, spacious workshops and light-flooded offices have been created. The Gleiserei offers the opportunity to settle in an urban and alternative location and to exchange ideas with like-minded people and those who think differently.
