Goodwill Club is a basement nightclub at 224 William Street in Northbridge, Perth, inside The Rechabite, a four-level venue centred on a heritage hall. The club occupies a former bank vault, and its name refers to social dances held there each month during World War II. After restoration of the hall, which had been closed for years, The Rechabite reopened in November 2019 with a dance club in its basement. A private laneway entrance leads into a room with an industrial-style dance floor, programmable lighting and a full club sound system.
The venue pack gives its capacity as up to 264 guests. The main PA comprises two Turbosound iQ12 speakers and four Turbosound NUQ118AN subwoofers, with two Turbosound iQ10 speakers for rear fill. Goodwill Club hosts DJ sets, live music and comedy. Promoters that have run events there include Public Sound and Radio Activ; artists who have played at the venue include Rohaan and Trei.
