Kings Cross Hotel

Kings Cross Hotel is a pub over four levels of a six-storey building at 244–248 William St, Potts Point, Sydney, at the Kings Cross intersection. The Victoria Hotel stood on the site from the 1880s until its demolition around 1915, when the current Federation-style building replaced it. The hotel has a rooftop bar and event rooms named the Bordello, Rooftop, Club and Mezzanine, with the Club holding 50 to 200 people.

KX Club is a two-level dance venue on Level 3, with split-platform staging, a VOID sound system and custom lighting. A former theatre in the building was converted into a nightclub fitted with Air Motion loudspeakers and Arcline 118 subwoofers. The hotel hosts hip-hop DJs and live indie bands alongside an open-genre club programme, and in July 2009 Spice moved its techno and house night there from The Bunker. OBNOXIOUS and SHOOK Crew have promoted events, with artists such as BE EZY and Enki. The hotel has hosted gigs with Keep Sydney Open and FBi Radio, and it was allowed to trade later in 2021 after the Kings Cross lockout laws were lifted.
