Kremwerk-Timbre Room-Cherry Complex

Kremwerk-Timbre Room-Cherry Complex is at 1809 Minor Avenue in Seattle’s Denny Triangle. Nicole and Austin Stone launched Kremwerk in 2014 inside a former creamery, initially as a techno venue. Timbre Room joined in 2016 with a patio and greater event capacity, and Cherry opened in February 2022. Nicole Stone owns the complex and bought the property in 1999.

Each of the three rooms has a stage, DJ booth and bar, with its arrangement adjusted to suit the event. Cherry’s features include vaulted ceilings, an open layout, metal details, light installations, a Danley sound system and a chill-out space called the Cherry Pit. Programming spans underground electronic music, live performances and drag, with a focus on queer culture; the venue is queer-owned and operated. Promoters have included Kremwerk, Impact!, Room212 and TURBO SEA. Artists who have performed there include Jordana, Mirin Doja, Henry Jennings and Relaxer.
