Le Café des Stagiaires Saigon

Le Café des Stagiaires Saigon is a French-Belgian rooftop bar and bistro at 10 Đường số 54 in Thảo Điền, Ho Chi Minh City. It opened in 2020, following the Shanghai founding of the original venue in 2011 by Max, Ben and Tom, who were hospitality students in Switzerland. The concept later expanded to Bangkok. The rooftop overlooks the Saigon River and Landmark 81. Food includes European-style comfort dishes influenced by French and Belgian traditions, alongside Belgian beer, selected wines, cocktails and Vietnamese craft drinks. The Rooftop Guide named Le Café des Stagiaires the best rooftop bar and restaurant in Saigon.

The music program brings together DJs, live performances and late-night dancing, with local and international DJs featured on weekends. Rooftop programming includes curated DJ sets, while the venue also has a two-floor setup with drum and bass and UK garage downstairs. Funk Sessions and The Beats Saigon have run events there. Artists who have played at the venue include Matt Abstrax, Jase, Degs and Skitty.
